Adding Graphics to a Document |
Use the appropriate menu to insert a picture into your document. For example, all MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) use "Insert - Picture".
If a dialog box appears, select the location and file format (e.g. *.jpg) of the file you wish to insert.
